Timeless Elegance

Premium Bow

The name says it all: the premium bow is exceptionally stylish. Tied in fine satin, it becomes an elegant accessory for your gift. Make sure to use a wide ribbon — the broad band in the centre is, after all, the defining feature of this bow.

 Instructions

You will need:

• approx. 10, 20, 30 and 50 cm of ribbon each (wide)
• a glue stick
• pins
• adhesive tape (Sellotape)

 Tying the bow:

1. To make a premium bow, start with the 20 cm piece of ribbon.
2. Apply glue along approximately 1 to 2 cm of one end.
3. Roll the ribbon into a loop.
4. Press the seam firmly for a moment to hold it in place.
5. Now take the 30 cm piece of ribbon.
6. Repeat the same process with this piece.
7. Flatten the larger loop so that the seam sits at the bottom, in the centre.
8. Press the smaller loop onto the centre of the larger one, ensuring the edges of both loops are aligned.
9. Place the longest piece of ribbon as centrally as possible beneath the prepared bow.
10. Secure the centre of the bow to the ribbon with a pin.
11. Now take the shortest piece of ribbon.
12. Apply glue along several centimetres of one end.
13. Press it firmly against the underside of the bow.
14. Wrap the ribbon tightly around the centre of the bow and glue down the second end.
15. Press firmly once more.
16. Your premium bow is ready. You can now attach it directly to your gift.
17. Simply place it on top and bring the ribbon ends together on the underside.
18. Secure each end with a piece of adhesive tape. If the ribbon is too long, you can trim it slightly.
